Momura Co Return & Refund Policy
RETURN POLICY OVERVIEW
We maintain a strict 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return evaluation.
STRICT DISCRETIONARY REVIEW: Please be advised that all return requests are evaluated on a strict case-by-case basis. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval. Momura Co reserves the absolute, sole discretion to approve or deny any return or refund request based on our internal assessment of the item’s condition, the circumstances of the request, and the validity of the claim.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for a return evaluation, your item must meet the following mandatory criteria:

It must be in the exact same condition as when it was received.

It must be unworn, unused, and fully sealed in its original state.

It must have all original tags attached and remain in its original packaging.

You must provide a valid receipt or verifiable proof of purchase.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To submit a request for return evaluation, you must contact us at Momuraco@gmail.com. You must include your order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed explanation for your request.

Conditional Acceptance: If your return is conditionally accepted for evaluation, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Unauthorized Returns: Any items sent back to us without prior written authorization from Momuraco@gmail.com will be strictly rejected. We assume no liability for unauthorized returns, and they may be disposed of or returned to the sender at the sender's expense.

Final Inspection: Receipt of a returned item at our facility does not constitute an agreement to refund. A refund is only issued after a final, successful inspection of the physical goods.
DAMAGES AND ORDER ISSUES
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. You must contact us at Momuraco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item. Failure to report damages immediately may result in the denial of your claim.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

Perishable goods (such as food, plants, or ingestibles).

Personal care goods, health items, and wellness supplements that have been opened, unsealed, or used.

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items, clearance items, or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, you must follow the return process for your original item (if eligible and authorized). Once the return is processed and a refund is issued, you may place a new, separate order for the desired item.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. However, the item must still meet all Eligibility Requirements (unopened, fully sealed, original packaging) to be eligible for a refund.
REFUNDS
We will notify you via email once we have received and fully inspected your returned item. We will inform you whether the final refund was approved or denied based on our inspection.

If Approved: You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to post the transaction.

If Denied: If the item is found to be used, damaged, or otherwise ineligible upon inspection, no refund will be issued, and the item will be held for 14 days for you to arrange return shipping at your own expense before disposal.
